We connect vehicle owners with our network of certified mechanics and workshops. While we strive for excellence, the exact scope of service may vary based on vehicle model and location.

3. User Responsibilities

When booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location for doorstep services.
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for service. Only Big Cars is not responsible for any loss of personal items left in the car.
• Make payments promptly as per the agreed-upon invoice.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings: All service requests are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service time may incur a cancellation fee to compensate our technicians.

5. Warranty and Liability

Service Warranty: We offer a warranty on specific repairs and parts as detailed in your final invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied by us.

Limitation of Liability: Only Big Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through our website. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
